Delivery Fees

Delivery fees and times vary for different products and are calculated based on the size, weight and delivery destination of your order. The delivery price will be displayed during the checkout process, before you pay and confirm your order.

If the delivery cost of an order results in unacceptably high courier costs to us, we reserve the right to contact you after your order is placed to request further delivery fees or cancel your order prior to dispatch and issue you with a full refund.

To ensure the safety of our customers and delivery partners, all orders are delivered at the front door of the ground floor or building lobby. We recommend that you have someone else available to help you carry the items into your home. 

Undeliverable Packages

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.

Inaccurate address

If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

A notification will be left in the mailbox to pick up your parcel at your local post office if you are not present when the order is delivered by Australia Post.

If your item is being delivered by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance to deliver your item at your convenience. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

Rejected by Receiver

If your item is a gift, kindly ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if the parcel has to be resent.

When will the item be dispatched?

Most items will be dispatched the very next day after full payment is received.


How long does it take to ship?

Estimated delivery time frames are as follow:

For VIC customers, in approximately 3 - 5 working days;

For NSW, SA, ACT customers, in approximately 4 - 8 working days;

For QLD, NT, WA, and TAS customers, in approximately 7 - 10 working days.


Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1-2 working days after the receipt of cleared payment).

Our delivery partners and ourselves cannot guarantee delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something under our control.

Due to the ongoing COVID restrictions being placed in different states and natural disasters from time to time, delivery time frames can be affected and your patience in these cases would be appreciated.

The expected time delivery provided by each courier partner is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons.

If you do not receive your item within ten business days, kindly contact our customer service team.

Can I come to your warehouse to pay and pick up the item?

We regret to inform you that the pick-up option from our warehouse is unavailable to maintain dispatch efficiency.

How are the items being delivered?

The products are delivered via Australian Post, Aramex, Toll, Allied Express or Hunter Express, depending on the size and weight of the item. A tracking number will be provided after the item is dispatched.


How can I track the progress of my order?

After you order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Please allow 1 to 2 days for the order to be processed and dispatched. Once your order is processed, you will receive email from us with a tracking number

NOTE: iKenz work with a number of couriers to dispatch from different warehouses and locations to provide the most efficient delivery services at the most reasonable price. If you have ordered multiple products it is likely your items will have separate tracking numbers and will arrive within a few days of each other.
